The first for the olive wall

Right, so after a success in the kitchen with the display, I decided to do the same in the lounge, eg paint a wall a colour then do almost site specific daily paintings. I am looking for a kind of olive colour, so hopefully will get that painted today.

So , with this in mind , I am thinking about paintings that might look good on green. This was the first. It was blended quite a lot but I liked that - well today.

I do sit on the fence with my paintings. That fence between abstract and figurative. I don't mind that though.i look at this painting and see a kind of landscape that could be viewed almost as a landscape viewed through half open eyes, or filtered through my memory.Live the paint.
